Discover the magic of core opening.


The distinction of this particular style of yoga lies in the intention of the practice ~ to create "core opening" by releasing tension in the deepest layers of the body, in the muscles that attach to the spine. Tension in these muscles tends to pull the spine out of alignment, creating the root cause of much of our physical discomfort.

As physical tensions diminish, you naturally enter into a state of ease and tranquility, both in your body and in your deeper Self. 

In each session, you'll experience ways to take that ease with you in all that you do, as you learn to move and use your body in ways that decrease physical tension and reduce mental fatigue.
